Booking

The sending of the on-line booking form confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and as may from time to time be changed and shall be binding on all persons stated on the booking form. Each booking will be confirmed by the owner, as soon as possible after receiving the booking form and a non refundable deposit and only on receipt of this confirmation by you will the booking be treated as confirmed. Once the owners have confirmed the booking to you and you have paid the non refundable deposit, the named person on the booking form will be responsible for the total rental price of the property, as agreed on the confirmation. The remaining balance of the agreed rental cost must be paid 6 weeks prior to your departure. If the full balance of the rental cost is not paid as in accordance with these booking conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and cancellation penalties will apply.

Security Deposit

Upon payment of the final invoice a security deposit of £50 will be required against breakages, telephone charges or damage caused during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made you will be advised in writing, otherwise the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of return.

Cancellations

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the whole or part of the booking once it has been confirmed, we must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Prior to 12 weeks – Loss of non refundable deposit
  • Less than 6 weeks – Loss of total rental charge

In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel a reservation e.g. including Acts of God, civil disturbances, riots, flood, drought, fire and legislation, only repayment in full of any Monies paid in respect of the reservation will be made. We will do everything in our power to find suitable alternative accommodation, however we can accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the hirer in these circumstances.

Name Changes to Party Members

The names shown on the booking form should be the same as those shown in the passports of your party members at time of rental. Any amendments to names, additional persons (maximum 12) or deletions made after the booking form has been received by us, must be notified to us in writing.

Swimming Pool

The Owners do not accept any liability for any injury however caused as a result of the use of the pool. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool. Local laws apply.

Travel and Health Insurance

Guests are advised to have appropriate travel/medical insurance in force for both the period of rental and their entire holiday. All matters arising with regard to loss or injury should be directed to the respective insurance company.

Special Conditions

As owners of the property, we, our servants or agents, will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: strikes, riots, political unrest, war or the threat of war, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, aircraft, closure of airports, or any other event beyond the owner's control.

Aircraft captains are legally entitled to deny boarding to any passengers who present themselves at the aircraft in an unacceptable state due to the influence of drink or drugs. Any passenger so doing will be deemed as having given notice of his/her cancellation of the booking at that time and the aforementioned cancellation charges will apply.

Passports

All passengers, including children and infants, must possess a full passport valid for at least six months beyond their return date. If in doubt contact your local passport office. The name on your passport should be the same as the name on the booking form.

Personal Safety

The Owners cannot accept any liability for your personal safety during your residency of the apartment. Guests are reminded to exercise care as to the personal safety of themselves and all party members. Whenever possible valuables should be left secure and out of sight.

Problems or Complaints

In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with the property you must contact our local Management Company who will do their best to assist and rectify the matter as soon as is practically possible. Should a problem remain unresolved the Owners must be notified in England immediately. The appropriate telephone numbers and e-mail addresses can be found in the welcome folder.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions concerning the property and services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions and changes beyond our control.
